There are three of these towers per lane, one near the middle of the map, one just outside of the base, and one at the entrance of the base, guarding the melee barracks and ranged barracks from attack.
There are also two of these towers guarding the Sacrificial Shrine.
The towers in the base must be destroyed before the buildings they guard can be attacked.
