Description[ | ]

On attack, applies Freeze to auto-attacked target and Searing to damaged target by non-DoT damage.

This item contains an Freeze Modifier, Searing Modifier, and Magic Lifesteal Modifier. Those modifiers are exclusive and do not stack with other respective modifiers.

Effects[ | ]

Passive
Passively applies a 30% Movement Speed Slow on attack for 3 seconds. Only slows by 15% when wielded by ranged heroes.

Non-Returned, non-DoT Damage applies a stacking Searing modifier, dealing 13 Magic Damage per second per stack for 3 seconds by a maximum of 2 stacks.

+10% Magic Lifesteal (3% vs. non-hero units)
