	Those most immersed in the secret arts of Newerth and wish to inherit it upon another, Man and Beast alike, bear a winged Master's Legacy as a mark of their rank. Thought perhaps a sign of some conspiratorial order, it is more likely carried out of the desire to gain the intelligence, Health, and Mana of the staffs, and the ambition to unlock its secret powers

Description[]

Boosts the abilities of many heroes.

For a full list of compatible abilities, see Staff of the Master.

Effects[]

Target Unit	Ally Heroes

Range: 99999

Activate and target another ally hero to permanently boost their abilities with any Staff of the Master effects they may have.

This can only be done once and only on heroes who aren't already boosted. Losing the item will remove the boost from the ally and put the item on a 5 minute cooldown.
